We’re looking for a capable, self-sufficient Prep Chef to join the opening team of a brand new
boutique club in Marylebone.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of something from the ground up – delivering a short, high quality menu solo in a calm, premium environment


The Role:

  • Run a small kitchen solo during evening service.
  • Prepare and deliver a refined, focused menu (small plates & light mains).
  • Own all mise en place, cooking, plating, and kitchen hygiene.
  • Work closely with the GM and Maître D’ to ensure smooth, high-standard service.
  • Contribute to menu development and kitchen setup as part of the opening team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dishes to the highest standards according to menu specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative working atmosphere.

Experience and Skills:

  • At least two years of Prep check experience in a kitchen with high standards
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with a small staff team including owners
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and cool under pressure
    Detail-focused and hygiene-led
    Creative input welcomed, we’re building something special
