Ruckus Recruitment & Training to our mouthwatering offer.
Our fee is a flat 10% of the first year salary, payable over 3 months (5% on contract signing and for the first month with 2.5% for the following 2 months). And if the new recruit leaves before 3 months, you don’t have to pay for any subsequent months.
STEPS OF SERVICE
Our improved training division offers bespoke courses for both existing and new staff e.g. if you want to progress a supervisor to a manager or an assistant general manager to a general manager, we have the skills and experience to help you. If we find a candidate who has a skill gap, we can work with them to bring them up to speed and offer ongoing support.
