BARTENDER SPEED & EFFICIENCY TRAINING
If a bartender can ring £900 an hour through the till at peak times, that equates to 25p every second – our unique training sessions help your bartenders make the most of their time and space behind the bar.
The first part of the session is a workshop designed to engage your front of house team and how improved bartender skills and bar setups are essential in running successful, vibrant venues and the direct impact the individual can have on the bottom line of the business.
The second, practical part, is to setup a station in your bar as it would be for service, and each bartender has to make a number of different drinks, we use water and colouring to keep costs down. We analyse their performance and feedback individually using our unique Barmetrix® Protrainer® bartender training software as they are making the round.
Post session, each bartender receives an individual report card, scoring them on pouring accuracy, speed, technique and drink quality which you can use to rejig your rotas putting your best performers where it matters most. We will also feed back any suggestions from the workshop to improve the setup and efficiency of your bar setup, which are often no or low cost solutions that can be employed immediately.
Protrainer is also available to licence for internal use.
