You will work closely with management and floor teams to deliver an exceptional guest journey from arrival through departure.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a very busy environment, so resilience, professionalism, and strong presence are essential.

Mayfair experience and a strong understanding of luxury guest expectations are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
  • Manage and develop front-of-house teams
  • Coordinate with events and reservations teams
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Monitor staffing levels and operational efficiency
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
  • Represent Isabel’s brand and standards at all times

We are looking for a hospitality professional who:

  • Has at least 5 years’ experience working within Mayfair venues
  • Has experience within private members’ clubs or similarly high-end establishments, comparable to Isabel Mayfair
  • Has strong experience managing VIP and high-profile clientele
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team development skills
  • Maintains exceptional service standards in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
  • Has strong operational and floor management experience
  • Is confident managing reservations, guest flow, and service delivery
  • Shows strong financial awareness, including labour control and cost management
  • Communicates effectively with guests, management, and teams
  • Maintains a polished, professional approach that reflects luxury hospitality standards
